Delivery & Returns

Orders are dispatched from the UK. Standard delivery is estimated at 3–5 working days and tracked delivery at 1–2 working days. Delivery options and costs are confirmed at checkout before you place an order.

Orders placed on working days are prepared for dispatch as quickly as possible. You will receive confirmation by email once your order is on its way.

Unworn items in their original condition and packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can confirm the return address and process your refund promptly.

Personalised or made-to-order items may be excluded from returns; this will be stated on the product page where it applies.

If an item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us with your order number and a photograph and we will put it right.
